At the beginning of this paper, the risk of water pollution caused by rainfall is largely due to the imperfect construction of China's current pipe network facilities, and leakage of pipe networks in some areas. Therefore, once a large amount of rain begins, the sewer network may be overwhelmed, resulting in water pollution problems.




Fortunately, the demand for water resources is increasing, and the diversion of rain and pollution has also been put on the agenda. At this time, the transformation and upgrading of rain pollution pipe network ushered in speed.




Rainwater diversion can not only improve the inflow concentration of sewage into the sewage plant, improve the work efficiency of the sewage plant, but also help to build a complete channel for rainwater collection and utilization. However, after the diversion of rain and sewage, the rainwater pipeline should be rectified, and the sewage pipeline is the key enclosure for rectification.




Earlier, Yunnan province issued the "14th Five-year Plan" for the construction of Urban sewage treatment and Recycling Facilities, which proposed that during the 14th five-year plan period, the province should add and transform 7,200km of sewage collection network, and realize the full coverage of urban sewage treatment as soon as possible. Speeding up the weak points of sewage pipe network is an important means to reduce the series of pollution risks caused by rainfall.




Guangxi province has said in relevant documents that it plans to invest 21 billion yuan in the construction of sewage pipe network in the new period, build and transform more than 5,000 kilometers of sewage pipe network, and gradually establish a sound green and low-carbon sewage pipe network system. The concept of low-carbon sustainable development goes hand in hand with the construction of sewage network.
